Bistro 42's Journey starting in 2020, and now five years later!
Chef Dominique Brialy turned the challenge of closing his doors during COVID into an opportunity. On a whim, he launched a food truck as an extension of Bistro 42. Though distinct ventures, both the bistro and the food truck have flourished, each offering its own unique experience.

Always embracing a challenge, we expanded our business with a food truck, bringing our unique cuisine to the outdoors—same name, incredible food, just on the move. The challenge soon became an exciting adventure, offering us a fresh way to connect with our community. The food Truck is seasonal and is located in Brunswick.
